The success of "OK Kanmani" has made Mollywood actor Dulquer Salmaan a sensation down South. OK Kanmani was dubbed in Telugu as OK Bangaru and remade in Hindi as OK Jaanu staring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
Dulquer Salmaan is one of the finest actors in Malayalam cinema and he has proved his mettle time and again. The movie will be in the comedy genre. A source close to the project revealed to a leading daily that the movie is a light-hearted entertainer and will show Dulquer and Irrfan as friends on a road trip. The film will go on floors in September first week and the major part of the film will be shot in Kerala. Abhishek Bachchan was originally supposed to play Salmaan's role, but he chose JP Dutta's war film Paltan instead.
In such handsome locations, you would expect there to be some sizzling romance and some love story but seems like DQ will not be romancing his leading lady in this movie directed by Akarsh Khurana.
