According to them, the dedicated recall server is now working and successful in deleting messages. It also said that though the server is working, it does not imply that the feature is now enabled. The fan site WABetaInfo, which is testing the new Whatsapp feature, shared this information on Twitter and wrote, "DELETE FOR EVERYONE NEWS!"

When the sender deletes the message using delete for everyone option, messages will be deleted even before the receiver could read it. Also, the recall button will work with all types of messages like GIFs, videos, texts, documents and more.

Fair play to you if you've never been guilty, but we don't consider it a stretch to say that most of us have, at one point, sent a text message that we lived to regret shortly afterwards. To save you from such embarrassment WhatsApp is working on a recall button feature and now there is a report that the feature could soon come to Android and iOS users. Also, it is unclear if the feature will be available on both the Android and iOS version of WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is a popular chat app with over 1.2 billion active users in the world today. It had recently announced the "WhatsApp for Business" feature and also launched a new status feature. With WhatsApp Business, the company will start monetizing the app; now it is also under the testing phase.
