And now Carrie Underwood is currently recuperating after being hospitalized for a broken wrist after a fall on the steps outside her home.

Carrie Underwood has spoken out for the first time since being hospitalized after a scary fall at her Nashville, Tennessee, home on Friday. She is married to retired hockey player Mike Fisher and is the mother of their 2-year-old son Isaiah.

She was treated at the hospital for non life-threatening injuries including a broken wrist and cuts and abrasions, according to a statement provided by the singer's spokesperson.

"I'll be alright", she posted.

News Channel 5 reports Underwood's injury has made her scheduled appearance at Sunday's Country Rising concert impossible. The concert is raising money for the victims of the Las Vegas shooting, and hurricane victims in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean islands.

Carrie Underwood attends the 51st annual CMA Awards at the Bridgestone Arena, Nov. 8, 2017 in Nashville, Tenn.

Her husband praised her performance on Instagram as one of the best he's seen.

The American Idol alum added to her tweet, "Glad I've got the best hubby in the world to take care of me". "So much meaning behind it and You could feel the Lords presence!"
