Find out why Chelsea supporters could be anxious ahead of Monday's Champions League round of 16 draw...

The Champions League group stage came to a pulsating conclusion on Wednesday and we now know all the teams that will contest the last-16 stage, to be drawn on Monday.

"You must be ready to face the best teams". Juventus and Basel also completed their passage to the next round, joining Barcelona, Besiktas, Manchester City, Tottenham, Manchester United, PSG and Roma who qualified as group winners, and Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus and Basel as runners up.

CSKA drop into the Europa League, while FC Basel reached the last 16 after beating Benfica 2-0 in Lisbon courtesy of goals from Mohamed Elyounoussi and Dimitri Oberlin.

Tuesday night saw a number of Champions League games take place, with British clubs experiencing mixed results on the night.

Are there any other restrictions? The only other restrictions are that teams from the same country can not be drawn together at this stage, and teams from the same group can not meet.

If Liverpool do secure top spot that makes things even trickier for Chelsea.

Which teams are through to the Champions League Round of 16 stage?

Possible opponents: PSG, Barcelona, Besiktas. Barca are also restricted in terms of who they can face in the last-16 as they cannot be drawn against fellow Spanish sides Real Madrid or Sevilla - or Juventus, who they shared a group with.

Manchester United: Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus, Sevilla, Porto or Shakhtar Donetsk.

Liverpool (if top): Bayern Munich, Juventus, Basel, Real Madrid, Shakhtar Donetsk, Napoli, Porto or RB Leipzig.

With just three points to show from their group campaign, Celtic will go into the Europa League draw unseeded and can therefore face Arsenal in the first knockout round.

When is the draw and when are the games?

Minutes after Blues old boy Filipe Luis had rattled a post, Saul Niguez gave the visitors a 56th-minute lead, and although the home side were level with 15 minutes remaining courtesy of Stefan Savic's own goal, they could not find a victor.
