Author Steve Twomey was scheduled to deliver the ceremony's keynote address. In attendance will be Pearl Harbor survivors, World War II veterans, family members and dignitaries, according to a press release. Almost half were on the USS Arizona battleship, which exploded and sank after being bombed.
