The couple share three daughters: Sophie, 15, and twins Stella and Adeline, 12.
Sources say that "there is no doubt Shannon will get" everything she's asking for in her divorce. She has requested David be granted child visitation.
Shannon revealed in Season 10 that David had been unfaithful, according to People, but then after spending some time in therapy, things were looking up and the pair actually renewed their wedding vows at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe in California in Fall 2016. Fortunately, Shannon has received plenty of support from her cast members, most of whom were disgusted when the found out about David's cheating ways.
Beador announced her split from David in a statement in October. Meanwhile, Shannon has made $22,00 a month as a "reality television personality".
At this point, it's unclear if the cameras will document Shannon's legal battles in Season 13 of the RHOC.
With David and Shannon no longer together, Bravo will probably not extend David's contract any further.
Beador got emotional on a November taping of "Watch What Happens Live" when she opened up about her relationship with David.
She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Although she's had good and bad moments since the announcement, talking about the divorce only made it hit home even harder.
Currently, David and Shannon are amicable and doing everything they can to still have "family time" with their daughters which includes attending football games together and other family-centered activities.
