Death Stranding Still Teases Surrealism In New Trailer

"Once there was an explosion, a bang that gave rise to life as we know it", Reedus' character says at the end.

Hideo Kojima and Norman Reedus made an appearance at The Game Awards 2017 and showed a brand new trailer for Death Stranding. There's plenty to dissect and think about, so we can't wait to see the theories that fans come up with concerning the latest video. Death Stranding is published by Sony, so expect it out on a PlayStation console of some description at some point in the future. Even Norman Reedus didn't seem too sure, but at least we learnt that his character's name is Sam. The ceremony is being produced by Geoff Keighly, who has served as executive producer since the awards' inaugural show in 2014 and the 10 previous years it aired on Spike TV as the Spike Video Game Awards. The haunting trailer goes on to tease Sam and the team's enemies: several unusual, alien lifeforms only barely visible in the footage.

Immediately after the release of third Death Stranding trailer, Hideo Kojima released new Key Visuals of Death Stranding. Hopefully we also get some gameplay soon...
