Actor-Director Neeraj Vora Dies At 54

The last night Neeraj's condition was not great and he was rushed to nearer hospital he breathed his last breath over there. The recent to leave the industry is Neeraj Vora. Firoz had converted a room into fully efficient Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for Neeraj Vora. He was working on Hera Pheri 3 before he went into the coma, and died in December 2017.

"Hera Pheri" and "Phir Hera Pheri" actor and politician Paresh Rawal was among those who took to Twitter to express his grief about Vora's demise.

Actor Tusshar Kapoor was saddened by the death of the man who cast him in his first film. A sequel to the classic comedy-drama Hera Pheri, Phir Hera Pheri, was directed by Neeraj Vora.

Vora made his presence felt in Bollywood with Rangeela, where he was one of the writers.

Born on January 22, 1963, in Bhuj in Gujarat, Vora belonged to a family of musicians.

Neeraj Vora died today at 3 am in Criti Care hospital in Juhu.

Filmmaker and actor, Neeraj Vora has passed away at the age of 54.

Director Ashutosh Gowariker said Vora was like a brother and shared a throwback picture with Vora and Deepak Tijori.

Neeraj's journey in acting began with Ketan Mehta's HOLI and later he even did TV shows like "Choti Nadi Baatein" and "Circus" (that starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead).

His 1992 Gujarati drama Aflatoon, who was a super hit, was adopted by Rohit Shetty for the breakup.

Director: He directed Akshay Kumar Kumar starrer Khiladi 420 in 2000 and also directed Phir Hera Pheri which was a super hit. Neeraj had also written the screenplays of films like Hera Pheri, Rangeela, Akele Hum Akele Tum and Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.
