So far, Google has launched Android Go, Google Go and Files Go. However, its Play Store download page is now showing incorrect information. This app is now available on Google Play Store and from there it can be downloaded.

This update doesn't appear to be only working on specific versions of Google's Phone app or Duo which suggests that the option was already installed just not activated yet.

Some users may be redirected to the main Google App after signing in, but you can go back to the browser and use the lite app. Note that the application is also listed on Google Play store, but you cannot download it right now. "You can even search and find information about millions of places, such as phone numbers and addresses".

As pointed out by Android Police, the install figures for the Google Pixel apps, available on both the first and second generation Pixel and Pixel XL, now show as "1-5" in the Google Play Store. We also have word from Android Police that the app seems to be a progressive web app (PWA), akin to Twitter Lite.

Google stated at the Google for India event that the main aim of developing Go versions is to help new smartphone users who connect to the Internet. Android Oreo (Go version) has been propelled with an unmistakable concentrate on the Indian market in a would like to get a large number of clients to encounter Android on moderate equipment. The company has also launched several customized apps for this operating system which are of Go Series. Dissimilar to Files Go, which is available for telephones with higher RAM too, all others like Maps Go, Gmail Go may be open from the Play Store on low-RAM phones.

The new Google Maps Go application will be accessible only for Android telephones - running Android 4.1 or higher - with a RAM limit of 1GB or lower.
