Injustice 2 Gets a Free Trial on Xbox One and PS4

The free version of the game seeks to give prospective buyers a free taste of the game without giving them the whole package. To entice users into buying the full Injustice 2 game, it is also going to be on sale through out the holiday season from participating retailers.

Now for those who have been thinking about getting their hands on NetherRealm's Injustice 2, you'll be pleased to learn that Warner Bros. has announced that the game will be free to play this weekend. Beginning tomorrow, December 14, and running until December 18, players will be able to download the Injustice 2 free trial client on the PS4 and Xbox One.

Finally, if you want to go all out and unlock everything - just like most fighting and comic book fans would - you can invest in the Ultimate Edition for just a few bucks more.

In addition, players will have the opportunity to try select DLC characters in the single player Multiverse mode.

We've had a lot of good words to say about Injustice 2, hailing it as one of our favourite games of 2017 and calling it an "essential purchase". Obviously there will be, and this will include access to only the first three chapters in the story mode.
