Hillary Clinton 'honoured' 'SNL's Pete Davidson's tattoo of her

"This makes it significantly less awkward that I've had a Pete Davidson tattoo for years". Now, an SNL cast member is now paying homage to the one of the show's main sources of inspiration with a sizeable tattoo of Hillary Clinton's likeness, and it's not the one you might expect.

The ink, done by tattoo artist Jon Mesa, features the torso of young Clinton-it's honestly really good!

Davidson's photo of his tattoo remains his only Instagram post.

It's unclear what led to Davidson's decision or the artistic process that prompted Mesa to draw Clinton with slightly longer-than-usual hair and a structured, button-down suit jacket. Naturally, the Internet is having a field day with Davidson's latest ink, and no one loves it more than the former First Lady!

"But serious, I'm honored", she said.

Clinton responded to Davidson on Instagram and thanked him for the gift while joking that she has had a tattoo of him for years. "Merry Christmas my friend".

Shortly after the 2016 election, Davidson castigated Trump in response to his tweet about SNL being "totally one-sided" and "biased".
