Character art for the series, including Cena's Baron Draxum, has yet to be released. "Kids just love him, which makes him the ideal partner for these upcoming projects", said Cyma Zarghami, President, Nickelodeon Group.

John Cena gets a famously passionate mixed response from WWE fans every time he hits the stage, but he remains a huge draw for younger fans.

"It's a wonderful environment", Cena said of the awards.

'I compare it to a WWE event where the show is absolutely 100% made for the audience.

On the "Ninja Turtles" show, Cena will be playing Baron Draxum who is an original villain exclusive to the show. Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will bow later this year.

Cena joins an already impressive cast on the series that includes Ben Schwartz (DuckTales), Omar Miller (Ballers), Josh Brener (Silicon Valley), Brandon Mychal Smith (You're The Worst) and Kat Graham (The Vampire Diaries)-who will lend her voice to the first African-American portrayal of April O'Neil. Deadline.com reports that Cena will serve as an executive producer of the game show. Keep It Spotless is produced by ITV Entertainment and Hard Nocks South Productions.

It's believed that the angle for the match will kick off during the RAW 35th Anniversary show on January 22nd, since both stars are scheduled to be appearing on the show.
