Short Supplies Means Apple Can't Replace Old iPhone 6 Plus Batteries

On Wednesday, iStore announced the pricing of replacement batteries for out-of-warranty iPhones SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7 and 7 Plus, as part of Apple's official worldwide battery replacement programme.

Apple is offering these replacement batteries on the iPhone 6, the iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Flipkart is also providing users with a cashback-cum-EMI offer in partnership with ICICI Bank.

Apple's iPhone 6 Plus users have been facing issues to get their batteries replaced on their phones due to shortages in supply.

From Apple iPhone 8 to MacBook Air, iPad, iPad Pro, Apple Watch Series 1, 2, 3 - a variety of Apple products are under discounts during the week. On the iPad and iPad Pro, you can avail Rs 2,500 cashback with ICICI Bank credit card.

The same Rs. 2,500 cashback is applicable on ICICI credit card EMI transactions for Apple Watch variants. The offer is limited to the first eligible transaction per card during the offer period.

Not only, a person also gets Rs 18,000 exchange offer and Rs 149 buyback guarantee on the phone. The 64GB iPhone 8 Plus has gotten a similar straight Rs 6501 discount and now retails at Rs 66499.

iPhone 6 having 32GB variant is being offered at a discount ranging from 8% to 13% and is available for purchase between Rs 25,000 to Rs 27,000. The iPhone 8 64GB is available for Rs 54,999, down from Rs 64,000.

The new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are also available with discounts.

The ICICI EMI cashback offer is applicable on all the iPhone 6 series models with a cashback of Rs 3,000 and Rs 2,500 for the iPhone SE.

While Amazon is busy with its ongoing "Nokia Mobile Week" that features Nokia-only smartphones on sale, Flipkart has been hosting what it calls the "Apple Week".

On iPhone X with 64GB variant, the online shopping portal is offering Rs 8000 cashback on usage of ICICI Bank credit card. And lastly, the Series 1 is now priced as low as Rs. 18,900, Series 2 is priced at Rs. 22,900, and Series 3 starts at Rs. 29,900. The 42mm one, on the other hand, is now priced at a Rs 24,900, down from the Rs 33,500 price.
