Donald Trump's doctor has 'no concerns' about the President's cognitive ability

U.S. President Donald Trump passed a test for signs of dementia and is in overall excellent health, but needs to shed weight by cutting calories, fats and carbohydrates and starting a daily exercise routine, the White House physician said on Tuesday.

Trump, 71, is 6'3, weighs 108 pounds and has normal cardiac health, Jackson said. Standing at 6 feet 3 inches, Trump falls just within the "overweight" range on the body mass index.

"All clinical data indicates that the president is now very healthy, and that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency... the president's overall health is excellent", said Navy Rear Adm Dr Ronny Jackson, who shared the results of Trump's health report.

Jackson said Trump requested a cognitive exam during the session.
