Plane makes emergency landing as passenger wouldn't stop passing gas

The man may possible have a medical condition or doing it on goal to irritate those around him but the smell of the wind was so bad that a fight reportedly broke out.

A low-priced Dutch flight en route to Amsterdam via Dubai had to make a sudden - and absurd - landing at Vienna because of an aged passenger who refused to stop "farting".

A flatulent passenger aboard a Dubai to Amsterdam flight annoyed his fellow passengers so much that a scuffle broke out and the plane had to make an emergency landing in Vienna.

According to the Mirror, a police spokesperson confirmed that the incident had occurred due to "a passenger suffering from wind who was not attempting to restrain himself". Apparently, the two Dutchmen sitting next to him didn't take very well to his flatulence and asked him to stop, but the unashamed man was not put off and reportedly refused to hold back. It is then that the pilot decided to make an unscheduled stop at the Vienna International airport.

A PLANE was forced to make an emergency landing after a massive brawl broke out over a passenger who kept farting.

Unlike the plane passengers, people on social media were loving it, especially International Business Times' "fart attack" joke.

The fight caused the airline to make an unscheduled stop in Vienna, where Austrian police boarded the plane to escort the man off. One girl, Nora L, said: "It was insane what happened, we had no idea who they were, we just had the misfortune to sit in the same raw with them". However, no arrests were made since none of the detained passengers had broken any Austrian laws.

The spokesman said, "Our crew must ensure a safe flight".

A spokesman for Transavia Airlines later told local media that these passengers would not be accepted for future company travel. When passengers pose risks, they immediately intervene.
