Ander Herrera casts major doubt on Man Utd stay

Man United would go on to be shocked 1-0 by the Premier League's bottom club, a result which handed Manchester City the title.

The dismal loss confirmed Manchester City as Premier League champions.

"I have won titles, I would not be happy if someone say won title if someone lose a match".

Jose Mourinho admits Paul Pogba needs to show much more consistency in his performances and has challenged the midfielder to maintain the form that saw him nearly single-handedly dismantle Manchester City last week.

Mourinho continued to point to his own record in the post-match press conference, hinting his side lacked focus and consistency.

But Mourinho is in no doubt he is the right man to lead United's title challenge next season.

"With my experience you don't titles with inconsistency". Mourinho claims he could feel the complacency of his squad all week and accused them of trying to be too elaborate against West Brom.

West Brom's Jay Rodriguez scored the only goal of the game against a lacklustre United.

He dismissed talks of being carried away following last weekend's derby win against Manchester City.

"I saw lots of people in the moon because we won against City".

"I think he has to try to keep that level of stability, and from that stability of course will appear the special match with the special performance like it happened against City".

"I don't know if I was the first or second or third but I congratulate them face to face when I had the chance", Mourinho said. Players didn't want to or didn't play simple. "I knew that sooner or later that would be and if I was in that position I would be very upset if someone said they won the title because Manchester United lost", he said.

He added: "They won the title because they were the best team".
