Lawyers for Trump and Cohen say the raids were inappropriate, unnecessary and a violation of attorney-client privilege. She alone decided that she did not want to continue with the pregnancy and I offered to help her financially during this hard period.
Trump's longtime lawyer Michael Cohen secretly recorded his conversations with Stormy Daniel's former lawyer Keith Davidson, according to a new report from CNN- and the Federal Bureau of Investigation has now reportedly seized those recordings.
Prosecutors said the raid on Cohen's office was the result of a "months-long investigation" into Trump's personal lawyer, and that the crimes largely relate to Cohen's "own business dealings".

Cohen had already notified US District Court in Los Angeles on Thursday that he meant to request a stay in Daniels' lawsuit against him and Trump "on the grounds that an ongoing criminal investigation overlaps with the facts of this case".
Assistant US Attorney Tom McKay accused Mr Cohen of invoking "wildly overbroad" claims of attorney-client privilege to avoid the disclosure of thousands of allegedly privileged communications related to the President and other cases.
When Trump took office, Cohen became Trump's personal attorney. Mueller's team recently told Trump's lawyers that he is a subject of the investigation, but not a criminal target. They said Cohen has told at least one witness that his only client was Trump.
"T$3 he agenda comprised questions on how deniable cash payments were to be made to hackers who had worked in Europe under Kremlin direction against the CLINTON campaign and various contingencies for covering up these operations and Moscow's secret liaison with the TRUMP team more generally", the dossier says.
Joanna Hendon, a new lawyer for Trump who appeared in court, said her law firm, Spears & Imes LLP, was engaged by Trump on Wednesday and she was "not prepared" to present her argument. "All lawyers are deflated and concerned!" the president tweeted on Sunday.
On Monday, Cohen's attorney called the searches "completely inappropriate and unnecessary". The agreement was reached just before the 2016 presidential election.
