Plane Crash in Parmer County Kills Two

Just before 1 p.m. on Sunday Colorado Springs Police got a report of a plane crash east of Tutt on Constitution.

Two people from Grafton were killed in a Coshocton County plane crash Monday morning, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol, .

The plane crashed in a cornfield approximately eight miles west of Friona Sunday evening. Flight officials in Panama City, Florida, reported the plane had dropped off the radar in Coshocton County at 7:25 a.m., troopers said.

DPS identified the victims as Clayton Sides, 25, of Dimmitt and Thomas Jacob Hefner, 25 of Bovina.

Investigators began looking for the aircraft when they discovered it didn't land in any nearby airports.

Members of the Virginia State Police, National Transportation Security Board (NTSB), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are conducting a preliminary investigation.
