"Bijli kaa kaam nahi kar rahey hain, paani ka kaam nahi kar rahey hain, Shiksha ka kaam nahi kar rahey hain aur krodh faila rahey hain", said the Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Congress president and Gandhi Scion Rahul Gandhi on Monday will embark on a three-day visit to his and his mother Sonia Gandhi's parliamentary constituencies of Amethi and Rae Bareli respectively. "Rahul Gandhi or the Congress party has never used the words "saffron terror", PTI quoted Congress spokesperson PL Punia as telling the reporters when asked about the BJP's allegations that his party coined the term saffron terror.

Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has attacked Congress President Rahul Gandhi accusing his party of doing politics on Kathua rape and murder case.

The NIA court earlier on Monday had acquitted Aseemanand and four others in the Mecca Masjid blast case, ruling that the prosecution failed to prove charges against the accused in the case.

A blast was triggered which ripped through the Mecca Masjid on May 8, 2007, during Friday prayers. "Instead, the Congress party's constitution needs to be saved from the clutches of the Nehru-Gandhi family", said Malik.

He also visited Pali, Urermau and Teunsi villages under Jagdishpur assembly segment and sought to know about the local people's problem.

Afterwards, he would inaugurate Thauri-Kotava Road built under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna.

Reminding Rahul Gandhi of 2013 when he tore an Ordinance issued by Congress Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and threw it into a dustbin, Malik said: "You can disagree with the ordinance or law of your own Congress government and you can express your opposition to it in a press conference too, but tearing it apart and saying that you are throwing it into the dustbin certainly is a contempt of the Indian Constitution".

When contacted, PMGSY's Executive Engineer K K Srivastava said the road is still incomplete and can not be inaugurated till it's built completely.
