Salah scoops Premier League's Player of the Year prize

Harry Kane has challenged Mohamed Salah to beat him to the Golden Boot for the Premier League's top scorer again next season.

But the season is far from over yet for the Egyptian or his Liverpool team-mates and Klopp has urged Salah to raise himself one more time for the Champions League final against Real Madrid in Kiev on May 26.

And the attacker has revealed that Mourinho has chatted to him twice since his move to Anfield from the Italian club last summer.

"But then we saw that same intensity when Real played Celta on Saturday; that's why this game seems like a coin flicked in the air for me".

Kane continued, "For me, it is about doing it year after year".

'I'm happy for him that he gets the Golden Boot.

Klopp suggested Salah - who has scored 44 goals in all competitions this season -could be given an award for just getting out of his auto.

To combat Liverpool's intense press, Balague has said that Real will attempt to nullify their opponents' threat with their own attacking prowess which will only be boosted by a wealth of experience which is lacking from the Premier League side.

Premier League legend Henry is a massive fan of Firmino and feels he is the best all-round striker in the business.

Whilst the afternoon belonged to Salah, whose 32 goals make him the most prolific forward ever in a 38-game Premier League campaign, there was plenty of love from Liverpool supporters on Twitter for their rampaging left-back.

Comparisons to the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo Lionel Messi have ensued following such a groundbreaking season.

Earlier, Salah was also named in the 2017-18 Professional Footballers Association Team of the Year and bagged Professional Footballers Association Players' Player of the Year award.

"I know all of the Arab people wish the best for me, and they are happy every time I win, but now at the moment I am only thinking about the final and to bring the trophy to Anfield", Salah said after Liverpool's semi-final over Roma.

"I was playing with Egypt against Brazil".
