R. Kelly Sued for Sexual Assault: 'Painful and Abusive Sex'

Faith is suing Kelly for sexual battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose a sexually transmitted disease.

According to the suit obtained by CNN, Faith Rodgers says she was 19 when she first met the singer a year ago after Kelly performed in San Antonio, Texas.

She noted that R Kelly asked her how old she was, and that when she answered, he said, "You can tell Daddy if you're 16, you know".

"For over 20 years, women across America have been victimized by R. Kelly, and have filed eerily similar claims", Rodgers' attorney, Faith C. Hills, told NPR.

She claims he ignored her pleas and "initiated non-consensual oral and vaginal intercourse".

She says they dated for about a year during which she endured mental, verbal and sexual abused by the singer. "Defendant's conduct was created to humiliate, embarrass, intimidate and shame Plaintiff". Afterward, she stated that he disparaged what he called her "physical inadequacies" and "lack of participation".

In news not even related to his alleged sex cult... Speaking directly to the HuffPost, the lawyer explained how she ended the relationship in February due to Kelly's "predatory, controlling and abusive behaviour".

"He goes on to tell me that he raises five women". "And he basically was trying to make it seem like it was a family thing. You know? So I was just waiting for it to be over".

"It's not like all the time he was just, you know, this devious person".

Kelly has denied sexual assault allegations, and in response to Sampson and Jones' claims, his publicist stated, "R. Kelly has close friendships with a number of women who are strong, independent, happy, well cared for and free to come and go as they please".

Much of Kelly's career has been shadowed by his behaviour out of the studio.

Due to the other allegations surfacing about R. Kelly, some companies have taken direct action.

Rodgers believes Kelly was preparing her to join a group of women she alleges he lives and travels with.
