Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are all set to honeymoon at a lodge resort in Alberta, Canada! "She came and joined me for five days out there, which was absolutely fantastic".

A recent article in the New York Post's Page Six suggesting the newest royal couple, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are planning to honeymoon in Jasper has lit social media on fire.

Price Harry and Meghan won't be the first royal couple to stay in the cabin. According to the Daily Mail, the reportedly chilly relationship between the Duke of Sussex and his dad is warming up quite a bit, and it's allegedly all thanks to the Duchess of Sussex.

Prince Harry was also beaten by his brother, as several million more chose to watch the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tie the knot in 2011.

Royal weddings have a history of being among the most-viewed TV events of the year, but 2018 may turn out to be different.

Eagle-eyed fans spotted a sweet snap of Markle and her new hubby Prince Harry in Queen Elizabeth's Buckingham Palace home, and it is indisputable physical proof that Queen Elizabeth has gone full grandma on Markle.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip stayed at the resort in 2005, while King George VI and The Queen Mother visited in 1939. Something tells us they'll fit right in there! One can also avail "signature treatment at the luxurious Fairmont Spa, inspired by the energy and beauty of Jasper National Park", as mentioned on their website.

The fact that the possibility of an Alberta sojourn has leaked probably means the Western province has been struck off the list of honeymoon-location options, she said.

Although no exact dates are confirmed for the royal honeymoon, Canadian and British security are involved.

"She is familiarizing herself with the landscape in this country", Heggessey added.
