The England captain's previous deal, which he signed in 2016, ran until the summer of 2022 but Spurs have tied him to a longer contract before they move into their new 62,000 seater stadium next season.
The Spurs youth product has continued to improve year upon year since making his first-team breakthrough in 2014/15 and reached the 30-goal mark in the Premier League for the first time in his career this past season.
Kane's decision to agree new terms with Tottenham follows the commitment by boss Mauricio Pochettino, who signed a five-year contract last month.
Kane is preparing to lead England at the World Cup in Russian Federation beginning on June 14.
The 24-year-old, who recently signed a new six-year extension with the north London club, has been picked to lead his nation in Russian Federation.
Tottenham announced Kane's contract renewal on its official Twitter account, with the striker, 24, appearing in a short video.
He further continued,"I'm really excited".
The academy graduate will now be under contract to the club until the summer of 2024 and will nearly certainly lead the team into their new stadium.
Do you think Kane can help Spurs secure silverware? "For us as a club, it's just [about] to keep improving, and we will work hard to do that".
"In the Premier League, I have won it twice and come second twice - hopefully this summer, I can do something and get a World Cup one instead".
And with the uncertainty put to bed, the 24-year-old can concentrate on leading the Three Lions to their first World Cup triumph since 1966 with the tournament less than a week away. Following a series of unspectacular loan spells, many wrote him off.
