Novichok victim released from United Kingdom hospital

Recall, Rowley along with his friend don Sturgess was in the hospital June 30 with symptoms of poisoning with nerve substance, which the authorities believe are a novice.

Rowley and Dawn Sturgess, 44, fell ill after being exposed to the poison in southwest England, close to where Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were attacked with the same substance in March.

Sturgess and her partner Charlie Rowley, 45, both residents of Amesbury, a town eight miles north of Salisbury, were hospitalized on June 30.

Later it became known that woman poisoned with Novichok, the Russian-made nerve agent, died at a hospital in Amesbury, England.

'He doesn't recall much of what happened afterwards but that particular detail is stuck in his mind.

"He also mentioned that he vaguely recollects there being an odd ammonia-type smell from the perfume".

Matthew, from Warminster, Wilts, said his brother recalled that Dawn had sprayed the perfume on both of her wrists.

It is noted that work in the toilets located in the Park Gardens of Queen Elizabeth, began on Friday, and on Saturday morning proceeded. But he just can not remember yet.

British police have previously said they had found a "small bottle" containing the Soviet-made nerve agent in Mr Rowley's home. Detectives believe they may have taken heroin or crack cocaine.

He said that he raged "They've killed my girlfriend, they've killed my girlfriend" during their phone call yesterday.

Rowley was interviewed by police shortly after he regained consciousness.

'He's been told that Dawn has died and he is very, very angry as you'd expect.

"I didn't recognise him at all". We wish him the best with his ongoing recovery. He could barely lift his head off the pillow.

The father and daughter have recovered since their March 4 collapse.

Later that night, Scotland Yard reveals that tests show the couple, who have not been formally named, had been exposed to Novichok. The Election Commission of Russia's Yaroslavl Region has registered Viktoria Skripal, the niece of former military intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, as a candidate to run in the regional parliamentary election, Commission Chairman Oleg Zakharov said, adding that Viktoria would represent the A Just Russia party.

Sturgess's family paid tribute to the mother of three, calling her "a gentle soul who was generous to a fault".
