Lovato was found unconscious in her bed her Hollywood Hills home following a night of partying on July 24.

And reports say the situation became so dire that a member of Demi's team threatened to quit if she wasn't willing to receive the treatment she needs. A source told ET that the 25-year-old singer is "doing much better" after her reported overdose last Tuesday.

After hearing the assistant screaming "she's dead, she's dead", a bodyguard is said to have rushed to the room and administered first aid, reportedly clearing Lovato's airway to allow her to breathe until paramedics arrived and administered Narcan. "He still has a lot of love for Demi and only hopes that she takes this opportunity seriously and stay in treatment as long as it takes to get well".

Lovato has talked openly before about her struggle with substance abuse. The goal has been to get her physically healthy and now that Demi is stable they're focusing on getting her clean again... It's now reportedly seeking help at a rehab center and addressing her sobriety issues head on! In November 2010, the former star of Disney Channel's "Sonny With a Chance" left the Jonas Brothers' tour to spend more than two months in an IL rehab facility. She wants to be sober.

"With my drug use, I could hide it to where I would sneak drugs", Lovato told the show. We've learned exclusively that he's so grateful that she's accepting help after her alleged overdose! "I would throw up and it would just be blood and it was something that I realised if I don't stop this", she said, "I am going to die".
