Ariana Grande Breaks Silence on Mac Miller's Death in Touching Video Post

"I'm so mad, I'm so sad I don't know what to do. you were my dearest friend".

Following last weekend's news, Miller's ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande posted a black and white photo of him to her Instagram page without a caption. Malcom [sic] my friend, you will be dearly missed. and I know you will be looking down on me from heaven, proudAF for every day I live my life clean and sober. We must continue to work HARD on ourselves every single day and help each other.

Ariana Grande is finally opening up about ex-boyfriend Mac Miller's tragic passing.

"Malcolm McCormick known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26". For so long. Above anything else.

Later in her post, the singer apologizes for not being able to fix and take Miller's pain away and calls the Pittsburgh rapper the "kindest, sweetest soul". And around that time, Grande also claimed that her relationship with Mac had been "toxic".

Grande is now engaged to "Saturday Night Live" comedian Pete Davidson.

The two were friends and collaborators for years - first working together on Grande's hit "The Way" - before officially becoming a couple in 2016. She was a f***ing "G" to him.

Today, Grande has shared a fond, warm tribute to Mac on Instagram. "I went through about everything".

Miller, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick, died on September 7.

On Monday a representative for the LA County Coroner said that investigators have released the body to the family but a cause of death will not be announced until the results of toxicology tests that can take weeks or months.
