Unai Emery vows to play his strongest team in the Europa League

Now it is very important for me to think first [about] the match against Newcastle [at the weekend], we need to win the three points and then think the same for the Europa League.

"They (Rondon and Yedlin) trained this morning for the first time (since returning from worldwide duty)".

Unai Emery is not planning a wholesale rotation of players between the Premier League and Europa League, a competition which he suggested could soon become Arsenal's No1 priority this season. "He is OK. I want to push them, I want to be demanding to prepare this match - Mesut the same".

"Mesut, like other players, works very well here".

"I think confidence (at Newcastle) is high in terms of mentality, team spirit and the way we work". The Uruguayan has been making substitute appearances, but Emery now looks as if he is ready to start the diminutive midfielder and pair him with Granit Xhaka at the base of Arsenal's midfield.

Defence continued to be an issue too as we allowed Cardiff to score twice and in truth they could have scored at least another goal or two during the 3-2 win, however, we can't really improve upon the current personnel.

'With less than a year remaining on his contract, Ramsey is in a very strong negotiating position and is also a very attractive proposition for a lot of big clubs around Europe, ' Winterburn told Sportingbet.

"This is the moment to say to you that I have a good relationship with Mesut and I didn't say it to the groundsman not to water on the pitch, it's not true". The tactics have to be right.

"Last year, we had some games in a row (when) we weren't winning, but we were close".

Emery finally started Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette together against Cardiff and it paid off as they were both on the score-sheet.

"Saturday will be no different - you know his focus will be as much on stopping Arsenal as it is on how his own team get forward".

"With the fans pushing and supporting, we have a chance (against Arsenal) - for sure".
