76ers Bound for Finals After Swinging Six-Player Trade With Clippers?

The Sixers paid a steep future price to the Clippers, including rookie guard Landry Shamet, Philadelphia's own 2020 protected first-round pick and an unprotected 2021 first-round pick via the Miami Heat, league sources told ESPN.

The Clippers will also send fan favorite big man Boban Marjanovic and reserve forward Mike Scott to the loaded Sixers.

Harris, 26, is the clear highlight of the deal.

"Sixers are loading up with a fourth All-Star caliber player in East, Harris", Wojnarowski wrote. In addition, the Clippers will get the Sixers' 2021 and 2023 second-round picks.

The Sixers had offered two second-rounders to the New Orleans Pelicans for forward Nikola Mirotic earlier this week.

They'll surely target Davis and Kawhi Leonard for those two spots, both of who expressed interest in joining the organization, according to ESPN.

The Philadelphia 76ers already made an "all-in" trade during the 2018-19 season, acquiring soon-to-be free agent swingman Jimmy Butler after his relationship with the Minnesota Timberwolves deteriorated.

Harris is going into free agency this Summer, and the Clippers reportedly wouldn't been able to pay him a max-level contract, ultimately getting nothing in return for his departure.

With the National Basketball Association trade deadline on Thursday (8pm GMT), teams in both the Eastern and Western Conferences are looking to fine-tune their rosters for the remainder of the regular season and beyond.
