Real Madrid following 'Courtois Plan' to sign Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard will inform Chelsea soon of his future plans.

That, together with the latest hint over his intentions, has increased the likelihood that he will officially inform the Blues that he wants to move to Real this summer.

Hazard has 18 months left on his Chelsea contract and it is unclear whether he will extend his stay beyond 2020.

A quote from Hazard recently hit the headlines, with the attacker telling French TV station RMC: "I know what I am going to do".

Eden Hazard has been one of the most important players in the first-team squad at Chelsea ever since he made his way to Stamford Bridge from Lille in the summer of 2012. Since admitting he has made a decision, the Belgian has attempted to keep English media guessing and could well continue to keep publicly sending out mixed messages.

Eden Hazard has reportedly made a decision to leave Chelsea and sign for Real Madrid, having received assurances that they will bid for him this summer.

"I think about it, but without thinking about it".

The Italian global remains a key figure for the Partenopei, having scored 11 goals and provided six assists in 27 appearances so far this season.

Sources told ESPN FC earlier this season that Chelsea were prepared to offer Hazard a contract worth in excess of the £290,000-a-week that N'Golo Kante committed to if he agreed to spurn interest from Madrid and sign a long-term extension.
