The Welsh global has put pen to paper on a pre-contract agreement with Serie A champions Juventus, where he will earn approximately £400,000 a week.
Ramsey began his career at Cardiff City, making it his first team debut in 2007 before arriving at Arsenal in July 2008.
"In exchange for the player's registration, Juventus will incur additional charges for € 3.7 million, payable by 10 July 2019".
"I wanted to issue a personal statement to all the Arsenal fans who have been extremely loyal and supportive", the statement reads.
Ramsey has made 22 league appearances for Arsenal this season, scoring twice, including a splendid strike against Fulham in October that was regarded by many as an early contender for goal of the season.
Ramsey leaves Arsenal after nearly 11 years at the club, and it's believed he will earn £400,000 per week in Turin, making him the highest paid British player in the world.
During his 11 years stint at Arsenal, Ramsey claimed three FA Cup trophies, and was in process of extending his stay at the north London outfit before club chiefs opted out without explaining the sudden change of heart.
The 28-year-old issued his own statement via Instagram. "You welcomed me as a teenager and have been there for me through all the highs and lows I've encountered during my time at the club".
