The Duchess of Cambridge just wore the world's chicest tweed suit

Kate Middleton made a fashion statement on the BAFTAs red carpet. Kate, 37, wore a stunning navy blue tweet skirt and blazer combo, and she kept warm with black tights and added a black clutch bag and heels as she wowed the crowd in her latest look which, combined with herimmaculate blow-dry and glowing makeup, she was a sight for sore eyes!

One of the label's designers also designer her famous wedding dress as well as several of her showpieces over her years as a royal.

In London died down, one of the momentous social events - the prestigious ceremony of awarding the best actors and Directors the BAFTA-2019.

The royal couple attend the awards every year as William is BAFTA's president.

Special guests of the occasion were the Dukes of Cambridge - Prince William and Kate Middleton. In 2017, she wowed in a floral-printed off-the-shoulder dress by Alexander McQueen, teamed with statement earrings.

Perhaps Prince Harry and Meghan will turn to the royal couple for some tips when their bundle of joy arrives, too.

Revealing what she learned about William and Kate's parenting skills, Anne said: "They get down on the child's level and speak to them eye to eye to make their child feel empowered".

Meanwhile, Prince William is visiting homeless charity The Passage where he will join volunteers helping to prepare and serve lunch.

The star-studded annual even celebrates the best of film from Britain and around the world.
