"I mean it is heavy but in a weird way that stuff is validation that you're doing something real", Ocasio-Cortez said.

The two new Times Square billboards funded by the Job Creators Network (JCN) are in response to Ocasio-Cortez's tweet slamming its first billboard criticizing her involvement in Amazon's decision.

Fans loved every second of Ocasio-Cortez on the show, but for as much love as she gets on Twitter, she's also a lighting rod for hate. Ocasio-Cortez said. "Because if you're flying under the radar, just trying to get your check, not rock the boat, then what's the point of being in politics?"

After being mocked for her the details of her Green New Deal environmental proposal, especially one goal involving "farting cows", freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is finally explaining the detail.

The document was initially denounced by Ocasio-Cortez's staff afterward, but her office later acknowledged a draft was accidentally published.

Fox News Anchor Laura Ingraham shared a picture of the billboard on Twitter, thanking @JobCreatorsUSA.

In response to Amazon's withdrawal from the HQ2 deal, a conservative group in NY is singling out the politician they believe is at fault for New York's loss of 25,000 jobs. Amazon's NY investment would have put 25,000 jobs in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, at a cost of almost $3 billion in tax breaks.

"While I can't argue with New York's inhospitable business climate and anti-growth political leaders, I don't think that should limit Amazon's expansion plans. It's not to say we're going to force everybody to go vegan, or anything insane like that", she said.

Appearing on the new Showtime program called "Desus and Mero", she was asked whether or not she would have considered a run for Congress had President Trump not been elected.

"The city was paying for those jobs", she said, adding, "if we were willing to give away $3 billion for this deal, we could invest those $3 billion in our district ourselves if we wanted to".
