Chance the Rapper weds childhood crush

Chance the Rapper tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend in a star-studded ceremony.

Chance and Kirsten Wednesday in front of 150 of their closest friends and family - including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and Dave Chappelle - under a huge gazebo.

"The bride, Kirsten, wore a strapless white dress and Chance wore a white tux with a black bow tie", a source told E!.

"In the middle of the ceremony, their little daughter Kensli ran up and Chance picked her up and held her", the guest recalled. "It was very sweet and loving to watch".

Kim, Kanye, and Chappelle were spotted sharing jokes on the lawns after the wedding.

While the couple's wedding took place this weekend, the Chicago Tribune revealed they actually legally tied the knot in a civil ceremony at the Cook County clerk's office in Chicago on December 27 previous year. Chance did not appear to be too bothered, posting a photo with his mentor on social media afterwards. "They congratulated him and gave him hugs", the source added.

'Kim and Kanye were offered some champagne. Then they walked inside together for the reception. "It looked like they were very happy to be there and to see their friend get married". As it turned out, Corley and two other girls were serving up the performance and Chance recalled how he locked "eyes with the prettiest girl I ever seen in my almost-a-decade of life on earth".

"This wasn't the time or place", he wrote.

The newlyweds share a 3-year-old daughter together, Kensli.

"I knew I was gonna marry that girl", he said. "Not just because it wasn't my party, not because it was their moment to dance, not even cause I was nervous about dancing in front of folks".
