Playing on an ample amount of hope and urgency, the new Avengers: Endgame trailer puts fans on the edge of their seat.
While Endgame will focus a great deal on the original seven Avengers, the trailer also features a couple shots of more recent recruits.
"God, seems like a 1,000 years ago". "Without giving too much away, there's a lot of reason for us to be together often". To everyone that didn't make it, who disintegrated after the major last battle with Thanos, the last Avengers owe it to them to have one last showdown.

When we last saw them in Infinity War, The Avengers are left with half of Earth's population gone courtesy of Thanos and with it, most of their family, friends, and allies.
Marvel has unveiled the film's synopsis, which tells us basically nothing about Avengers: Endgame but highlights that the film truly is a finale for our heroes. Another flashback occurs of the Infinity War event in which characters like Falcon, Scarlet Witch and Black Panther turning into dust.

And as the Captain Marvel post-credits already indicated, Carol Danvers is here to even the odds. Will they be tasked with confronting Thanos while the rest of the Avengers head into the Quantum Realm? We'll have to see if Marvel comes through with an explanation because the fans aren't staying quiet - peep the reactions below.
So now that we know she's playing an integral enough role to be on the poster for the film, the question remains: What will that role be? We were expecting the second trailer to drop soon after Captain Marvel, but we didn't realize how quietly Marvel would release it on YouTube.
