Odell Beckham offers emotional goodbye to Giants, fans

Discussing the topic of Odell Beckham Jr. getting traded from the Giants to the Browns, New York-based NFL Network reporter Kim Jones had an emotional, personal story about her relationship with the wide receiver.

While the Giants seemed to dip a little lower in the NFL's power rankings, the other NY team came prepared to write their signatures on a few checks. They traded star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and seem to suddenly be on a path pointing toward rebuilding. If the Giants were blown away with an offer, the move might have made more sense. The Giants passed on drafting the successor to Eli Manning, selecting instead running back Saquon Barkley.

Along with improving their offense, NY was also able to add former Baltimore Ravens inside linebacker C.J. Mosley. The move was the latest in a number of disastrous decisions by the franchise, nearly ensuring that they will not compete for the NFC East title in 2019 - which is better still news for both the Eagles and their fans.

However, Glazer claims Cleveland wasn't his first choice with Los Angeles instead being his preferred destination, but the National Football League insider believes Beckham ending up in Cleveland is actually the ideal place for the 26-year-old. The 38-year-old has one year left on his contract.

In total, the Giants now hold 12 draft picks, though the second rounder at No. 37 is expected to be used should they make a play for Rosen. After adding OBJ to the mix to play alongside his former LSU teammate Jarvis Landry, expect the Browns offense to be explosive and the team to eclipse the 10 win mark.
