Wendy Williams continues to battle adversity, with the admission she is still struggling with addiction.

Williams added that nobody knew of her sober living situation besides her husband Kevin Hunter and son Kevin Hunter Jr. You know Kevin and I have the Hunter Foundation for the good of the people and we recently launched out 888-HUNTER number for people who are in the struggle of addiction. "Nobody knew - because I look so glamorous out here". Now that she has returned to her daytime talk show program she dropped a bombshell on her viewers. Wendy told the crowd about her previous struggles with cocaine addiction, saying that she never actually sought treatment to stay away from the drug. "Not my parents, nobody knew", she said.

"After I finished my appointments, seeing my brothers and sisters, breaking bread. I'm telling you this".

The announcement comes two weeks after returning to the show following a two-month medical leave due to complications from Graves' disease.

"Either you're calling me insane or the bravest woman you know, I don't care", she said.

Surely, there's much more to this story. Doors locked by 10 p.m., lights out by 10 p.m., so I go to my room and stare at the ceiling and fall asleep to come here and see you. The show ran a series of repeats and also aired live shows featuring famous friends including Nick Cannon, Jerry O'Connell and Sherri Shepherd as guest hosts.
