Endgame continues its attempt to unseat James Cameron's Avatar as the highest grossing movie in history, the Walt Disney Company is already preparing for its future on home video.

James Cameron might not be done just yet offering congrats to The Avengers: Endgame as the flick may pass Avatar's all-time worldwide box office record of $2,788.0B.

Listed further down was the rest of the top five in Furious 7 (RM60.66 million), Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (RM55.34 million) and The Fate of the Furious (RM52 million).

It's a shame that he never got to see Avengers: Endgame, but that's both the tragedy and the beauty of it. Stan Lee created and helped create characters that people connected with and whose stories became a permanent part of pop culture. "You've shown the movie industry is not only alive and well, it's bigger than ever!"

Avengers: Endgame is now playing.

With the obvious caveat that this only matters for box office nerds like me, its 14-day total is now just $9 million higher than the $652 million 14-day cume of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Endgame made a grand entry at the box office and conquered it like a boss. "Unusual says to Tony 'We're in the Endgame now, ' the way we translated that here was 'No hope", said Anthony, adding as a joke, "'So in Korea is this movie called Avengers: No Hope?'" Last year, actor Tom Hiddleston went to twitter to let his LokiLovers (patent pending) know that more was in store for his character.
